BAD BEACHES
BAD BEACHES
BAD BEACHES are an indie-electro-rock band based in Seattle, WA, consisting of members Jordan Beach (lead vocals, guitar, synths), Drew Dyer-Simmons (keys, synths, backing vocals), and Beau Myers (drums, beats). The members met in 2014 while they were each involved in other music projects, and ultimately formed BAD BEACHES in early 2016. BAD BEACHES had their debut show at Barboza in Seattle, WA in October 2016.
The Breaking
The Breaking
The Breaking is an alt pop band from Portland, OR. Brainchild of a recovering folk musician who grew up listening to 70's and 90's rock, the band draws inspiration from an amalgam of classic records like The Bends, Rumors, Achtung Baby, Born to Run, and Recovering the Satellites.

They are celebrating the release of their new EP "Gravity's Pull". The 4-song concept record sheds the lo-fi and psych elements of their debut EP "Current Through the Wire" in favor of a more polished sound, incorporating synth pads and crunchy guitar hooks that recall the best of mid-90s pop rock.

Fronted by Adam Sweeney (Just Lions, The Cabin Project), the band features Tim Karplus (Alexander Tragedy, Redwood Son) on electric guitar, Jay Haser (Marv Ellis Band, Worth) on bass, and Chris Matthews (Doo Doo Funk Allstars) on drums.
Tempest Gold
Tempest Gold
Tempest Gold was founded by Chris El-korek in early 2017. Fans of artists Echo & The Bunnymen, Robyn Hitchcock, & Love and Rockets will find themselves on familiar ground here. El-korek's songwriting centers around themes of the subconscious, interconnectedness, struggle and triumph. His stories are not just one's personal observations and moments but experiences shared by all. Shifting between full band arrangements and solo acoustic songs, Tempest Gold lives as an ongoing project welcoming a variety of collaborators.
