The Highsteppers
The Highsteppers
The Highsteppers are a fresh group of veteran musicians brought together by a love of classic R&B, Motown, and soul. Otis, Etta, Aretha... They keep the dance floor crowded with the hits you love and deep cuts you'll be excited to discover.

With a full 9 piece band, you'll get no samples, no backing tracks, no electronic drums... Everything is live and done the way real rock n roll is supposed to be done.
The Sextones
The Sextones
The Sextones are a family of music renegades known for viciously executed soul compositions and white-knuckle driving funk. Fronted by the charismatic and soulful vocalist Mark Sexton - The Sextones’ sound is a tip of the hat to the days of Tower of Power and Stevie Wonder while actively forging the path for a new generation of soul and funk. Based in the wild desert of Reno, NV, The Sextones continue to diligently craft their distinctive brand of soul with face-melting guitar parts, intricate bass-work, commanding drum rhythms, sticky Hammond B3 comping, brutally honest and heartfelt vocal acrobatics and a fearless and exciting stage performance.
Richie Dagger's Crime
Richie Dagger's Crime
Richie Dagger’s Crime began in 2011 as the solo composition/recording project of Chicago transplant Richie Nelson and has since evolved into a collaborative project with various local producers and musicians.

Their wide scope of sounds can be traced back through Nelson’s varied musical background—classical violin lessons at the age of 5 lead to playing in bands (ranging from jazz to punk to pop to orchestra) before the world of electronic soundscapes sparked something deeper.

Much like his own development as an artist, Nelson’s influences are truly across the board—an internship at Chicago archival record label the Numero Group solidified his penchant for soul, but he’s also drawn to everything from hip-hop producer Clams Casino to iconic composer Nico Muhly to the jazz vocalist Amy Winehouse.

Nelson is also the co-creator of CTPAK Records—a Seattle-based experimental collective formed in 2012 that produces various projects including Children of Kids, a three-piece electronic group, and Tracing, a more ambient side to Nelson's work.
