DBST
DBST
DBST is an impassioned and energetic neo-soul band formed in Olympia, Washington with wild electronic leanings- yet they maintain the full interplay and instrumentation of a traditional band. Centered around the fluid yet commanding vocals of song-writer and front-man Sam Pohl, the band works to construct an encapsulating and textured aura of sound; seeking to connect and resonate with every listener in the audience. The band formed loosely in 2011, cutting their teeth in small clubs in their home town and released their first full length album, Kamaliens, in 2014. After many forms and iterations, the band truly discovered their voice in 2016, when they decided to bring their act to larger venues and wider audiences. The members of DBST come from varied musical backgrounds and disciplines, lending to a unique and often category defying sound, but their common ground is what really shines through- they want to make music that MOVES people.
Breaks & Swells
Breaks & Swells
When it comes to putting groove in your shoes and sting in your step, Breaks & Swells has what it takes to keep you dancing all night long. Always in full form and ready to make a crowd swing and swoon over the smoky-sweet vocals of Marquetta Miller paired with the crisp and clean delivery of her band always leaves audiences shaken and stirred with hip riffs and gruesome grooves.
The Gentlemen Amateurs
The Gentlemen Amateurs
The Gentlemen Amateurs are a live wire, 6 piece band with onstage energy to spare. They honed their craft in garages and basements across the east bay and have recently graced the stages of many Bay Area venues, including The Great American Music Hall, Bottom of the Hill, and The Starry Plough, with artists such as Eric McFadden, Angelo Moore and Katdelic.

The Gents retain an organic musical aesthetic and a dogged do-it-yourself work ethic, opting for sweat and grit over the smoke and mirrors of modern production. Their songs are bright and upbeat, with soul-inflected hooks, tight grooves, and snappy brass. They have the raw energy of rock, the sweetness of soul, and the sophistication of jazz, all drizzled over a bed of funk. Fronted by the disarmingly talented Sam Jackson, the Gents present a sound that is fresh, funky, and frayed around the edges.
